Responsibilities:

• Preparing, attending, and monitoring all irrigation and landscaping work inspections and material inspections.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
• Tracking and closing of nonconformance report (NCR) and site observation report (SOR).
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Coordinate/follow up with subcontractors for the project close out documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, third-party laboratories, and consultants for various field tests.
• Coordinate and conduct work inspections with consultant, communicate the inspection comments to construction team for implementation.
• Coordinate/follow up with technical team and surveyor for close out inspections.
• Attending client quality management meetings.
• Coordinate and conduct internal snagging with subcontractors, prepare internal sang list.
• Coordinate and conduct snagging inspections with consultant and close the snags recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Conduct Internal Material inspections with subcontractors to verify the compliance to the specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct material inspections with consultant.
• Coordinate and conduct internal work inspections with subcontractors to verify the compliance to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct work inspections with consultant, communicate the inspection comments to subcontractor for implementation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, third-party laboratories, and consultants for various field tests.
• Coordinate/follow up with subcontractors for the project close out documents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor an efficient system and record all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work is according to quality requirements.
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to consultant.
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Attending client quality management meetings.

• Preparing, attending, and monitoring all architectural work inspections and material inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Raise the inspection for the client approval after completing each task.
• Coordinated activities with surveyors, planners, construction managers, etc. to manage project work.
• Coordinate with MEP, CCTV, Landscaping contractors to ensure the project is as per applicable standard and specifications.
• Preparing and adjustment in the AutoCAD Drawings.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work and report to QA/QC manager.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Carry out regular site inspection and supervision of sub-structure, super structure of concrete works.
• Pre-concrete Inspection for check for levels, Alignments, Formwork Supports and Joint Gaps.
• Post concrete inspection for check formwork removal, curing, check for honeycomb and cracks...
• Assist the QA/QC Manager to prepare method statements and material submittals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of the works in accordance with the drawings/specifications.
• Ensure all drawings and information relating to the postholder’s area of work are accurate and up to date.
• Review Architect/Engineer/Services/Sub-Contractor drawings to ensure coordination and integration.
• Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.
• Preparing and submitting all work inspections.
• Carry out checks on works prior to and following any concrete pours.
• Acting as the main technical advisor, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub- contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
• Manage the manpower and materials as per plan; ensure the project to comply IFC.
• Received delivery of goods and compared them with the specifications mentioned in the purchase orders sent to the vendor.
• Provided assistance and gave valuable feedback in meeting technical problems and facing unexpected challenges.
