Responsible for integrating, maintenance & updating of QMS manuals, procedures,
work Instructions & records (ISO 9001:2015).
* Internal Quality Auditor (ISO 9001:2015).
* Conducts quality audits and reviews results to ensure compliance with the QualityManagement
System, procedures and follow up corrective & preventive actions.
* Prepare master list of calibration devices and certificates, maintain the calibrated
inspection devices.
* Review & Approve Testing of Airflow Performance, Noise level, and Vibration by using
AMCA Accredited TESTING CHAMBER according to AMCA 210 standard, SOUND LEVEL
METER and COMPACT VIBROMETER 107B- KOHTECT.
* Verify the 2D drawing by using AUTOCAD and setup report before starting the
punching process from CNC punching machine to reduce the defective components.
* Conduct inspection on Incoming materials and In-process inspection of fabricated components
(Sheet metal -CNC Punching, Embossing, Rolling, Bending, Flanging, Painting and Spinning)
as per QC plan.
* Conduct final inspection of ventilation products and Motors (Electrical testing and Mechanical).
