o Monitor, evaluate, and identify any variations in the construction operations as they advance.
o Monitoring Material Transection maintaining material inventories and transfer logs.
o Responsible for taking physical measurements and quantities of completed work.
o Carrying out cost analysis while calculating labor, material, and equipment cost breakdown price.
