Space Management: Allocate user groups, divisions and departments, Tracks space types (office, conference, lab, warehouse, etc.). Update the system with the new building and upcoming new projects.
Event Planning Support: Participates in Event Planning Teams (e.g., Community Affairs, Student Affairs, etc.) coordinating delivery of services to conference and event sponsors including audio-visual and technical needs, office access, furnishings and equipment installation, changes, or moves. Help student club members to organize their events (check the accurate area for their activities).
Facilities Customer Service: Responds ZU employees concerns and queries related to events, booking, spaces and facilities. Ensures there is efficient communication within the

- Key and Remote System Management: Updates Key & Remote System to include all information related to issued, returned, lost keys and remotes.
- Car Registration: Receive a complete application to issue car sticker for student, stuff and faculty. Enter all the data in the system.
- Fire Drill Session: Coordination between Dubai Civil Defense and Campus Physical Development to do a practice of evacuation a building. This exercise conducted once or twice a year: To provide an orderly emergency response plan for all occupants. To ensure all exit routes, emergency staircases are not obstructed and can be used in an orderly fashion during emergencies. To ensure fast, organized and smooth evacuation of buildings during emergencies. To train fire drill and emergency evacuation officers to conduct their duties successfully. To test the working conditions and effectiveness of all fire and emergency equipment for all buildings.
