o Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization structure, manpower plan and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
o Reviewing applicants' curriculum vitae, Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule then to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
o Communicating efficiently with department directors and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner.
o Sending employment job offer packages based on the hospital salary scale. Prepare employees contracts and collect all required documents for each job.
o Maintain all pertinent employees’ data in the Human Resources Information System, and employees’ files.
o Research, recommend and communicate out sources for international candidate recruiting.
o Organize and follow up all staff related procedures, such as credentials, medical practitioners’ privileges and secondments, primary source verifications.
o Perform all assigned duties in accordance with CBAHI standards and MOH specifications.
o Develop comprehensive knowledge about the hospital and its development practices, its marketing activities and the trends and technology for the industry.
o Develop innovative strategies and training affairs.
o Design and improve business model canvas to further streamline hospital process.
o Maintaining and Developing Existing Business Partnerships, Managing the existing businesses.
o Attracting Funding and Other Support Fundraising.
o Identify quality gaps in departments and develop action plans.
o Ensure assigned departments are compliant with CBAHI & environmental guidelines.
o Maintain close links with all departments to ensure all tasks and requests are implemented.
o Track all incoming and outgoing personnel through the approved sign in-sign out procedure.
