o Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design of hvac, firefighting, plumbing
systems.
• Coordination with other engineering disciplines and architects.
• Preparation of drawings and specifications.
• Participation in project meetings.
• Inspection of construction activities.
• Troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Commissioning of systems and equipment.
• Maintenance planning and updates after
construction.
• Operating and maintaining MEP equipment.
• Following all safety procedures while on the
job site.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports
based on project requirements.
• Developing policies, standards, inspection
procedure and evaluation tools for MEP
concerns.
• Preparing and reviewing drawings,
specifications and cost estimates for MEP
projects.
• Monitoring and promoting health and safety
on the site.
• Undertaking off-site inspections of
proposed equipment and materials as
maybe deemed necessary by the project
manager.
• Undertaking a prior review of the
contractor’s proposed mechanical systems
testing and commissioning methods and
schedule.
o Projects:
• Saqolta Central Hospital at Sohag (chilled
water system, firefighting systems,
plumbing).
• Dar Al-Salam Central Hospital at Sohag
(Chilled water system, VRF system,
firefighting systems).
• Police Hospital in Al Agouza (Chilled water
system, firefighting systems).
• Police Hospital in Al-Shorouk (Chilled water
system).
• Obour University (Chilled water system).
• Branches of Agricultural bank of Egypt in
Sohag (VRF, VRV, Split).
o Operation and Maintenance of the air conditioning system at FMC units (water cooled chiller system).
o Operation and Maintenance of firefighting systems, pumps, compressors, generators and diesel engines.
o Roles and Responsibilities:
• Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating,
ventilation or air conditioning systems.
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts
and control panels.
• Installing HVAC components.
• Performing quality checks to ensure
systems are working efficiently and safely.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure
site clearance is available to start the HVAC
activities.
• Arranging sufficient manpower such as
supervisor, foreman, duct fitter, assistant
duct and pipe fitter, etc. and ensuring all of
them attended safety orientation and having
proper PPE’s prior to start installation
activities at site.
• Providing approved HVAC shop drawing,
MEP coordination drawing to site
supervisor and informing them to shift the
required ducting and piping approved
material from warehouse to site and arrange
required material to avoid progress daily.
• Carrying out all planed site inspections as
per the intervention points marked in the
relevant drawing and standard.
• Preparing relevant documents to conduct
inspection for completed installation
activities and raise RFI to QC inspector.
• Assisting the commissioning team in pre-
commissioning and commissioning stages for
all HVAC equipment’s.
• Assisting the commissioning team on
testing, adjusting and balancing stages of the
air and piping.
o Projects:

system, firefighting system).
• TCI SANMAR CHEMICALS S.A.E in Port
Said (DX system).
• S.E Wiring System Egypt in Port Said (DX
