QA/QC Manager - Saudi Biga (2025-Present) - Riyadh - KSA:
Lead the quality teams in Saudi Biga projects at Diriyah Gate.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Prepare, review, approve, and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Quality
management procedures (QMP) in line with project requirement and corporate quality
objectives.
• Develop and issue the Quality Risk Register, including mitigation measures for anticipated
quality risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the Client on all Quality Assurance and Quality Control
matters.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage the documentation, tracking, and closure
process.
• Coordinate with the Client, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to achieve successful
project handover.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to project staff on quality control processes
and procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and assign tasks to the Projects QA/QC Team.
• Participate in weekly quality site walkthroughs with the Client/Engineer and construction
team.
• Report lessons learned and best practices for corporate knowledge sharing and continual
improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Corporate Quality Reports in accordance with corporate QMS
reporting requirements.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend improvement actions to enhance construction
quality and workmanship.
• Prepare and submit Weekly Quality Reports to project management summarizing QA/QC
activities, inspections, tests.
• Report key quality performance indicators (KPIs) such as inspection pass rates, NCR trends,
and rework statistics.
• Track and report weekly status of NCRs, including newly issued, closed, and outstanding NCRs
with aging analysis.
• Monitor and report corrective and preventive actions status and follow up with responsible
parties to ensure timely closure.
• Develop and implement the projects internal Audit Plan.
• Conduct scheduled audits to ensure all departments and Projects are comply with the QMS and
ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of audits, findings, and corrective actions, ensuring timely
closure. Attend site QC meetings and other project meetings as required.
• Prepare and maintain all quality deliverables and reports.

• Perform planned audits to assure that all departments and subcontractors are following the
QMS/ISO9001-2015.
• Maintain documentation of audits, findings, and resolution of corrective actions taken due to
audits.
• Issue Risk register for expected quality risks and do mitigation plan for it.
• Be the primary point of contact for the Client on issues relating to Quality Assurance and
Quality Control.
• Attend site QC meetings or other meetings as necessary.
• Create Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP’s).
