 Follow up with both end-user and vendor till the item is delivered.
 Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and reports.
 Assists Finance Department by providing them the vendors bank details.
 Follow up with the finance department regarding the payment for the vendors.
 Updates day to day status of each requisition and purchase order an Excel Sheet.
