Prepare PR for raw materials, Consumables
Receive materials againt PO, prepare GRN using ERP
Year end inventory
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
Prepare stock related management reports using source document which is generated through ERP system
check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
