Monitor field construction (Electrical, Instrument & Telecom) activities to ensure installation requirements are met in compliance with specifications.
Ensuring a correct implementation of the approved ITP and other document.
Conduct inspection equipment of Hazardous Area (Electrical, Instrument & Telecom) to ensure equipment is suitable for the area in which it is installed as per IEC Standard (refer to IEC 60079-14 and IEC 60079-17).

Witness with vendor for FAT, SAT, and Instrument Calibration of Condensate Stabilizer Package.
Monitoring construction activities on Maleo Production Platform (Madura Offshore) to ensure installation requirements are meet in compliance with Project Specifications.
Witness Inspection with contractor and client (such as Material Receiving, Support & Equipment Installation, Cable Tray/Ladder Installation, Cable Termination, Testing, etc.).

Review Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Documents as per Commissioning Procedure (such as Drawing, Data Sheet, Project Spec, etc.).
Perform Pre-Commissioning activities by conduct Final Inspection all Equipment, Loop Check, Continuity Test, Insulation Test, Loop Test, Functional Test as follow project specification per system and sub system for all LV Electrical Equipment’s (such as Electrical Motor, Transformer, MCC, Lighting, etc.).
Perform Protection Relay setting on MCC for Electrical Motor based on data sheet.
Follow up and manage construction team if any punch list finding during Pre-Commissioning activities.
Ensure all document (Dossier) completed before Commissioning activities.
Carry out Commissioning all system and sub system, such as No-Load and Load Test of Electrical Motor together with Mechanical Commissioning Engineer team and witnessed by Client / Owner.
Ensure the Commissioning activities complete base on Commissioning Procedure, Project Specification and Data Sheet of equipment’s, and then perform troubleshooting if found problem during Commissioning.
Perform to record the data (such as vibration, temperature, noisy, current, voltage, etc. for electrical motor) during Commissioning of equipment as per Commissioning check list and then report to Lead Commissioning after finish activities.
Review Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Documents as per Commissioning Procedure.
Perform Pre-Commissioning activities by conduct Final Inspection all Equipment, Loop Check, Continuity Test, Insulation Test, Loop Test, Functional Test as follow project specification per system and sub system for Electrical and Instrument equipment’s (such as Electrical Motor, Transformer, MCC, Lighting, Transmitter, etc.).
Follow up and manage construction team if any punch list finding during Pre-Commissioning activities.
Ensure all document (Dossier) completed before Commissioning activities.
Carry out Commissioning all system and sub system for Electrical and Instrument Device, and witnessed by Client / Owner.
Ensure the Commissioning activities complete base on Commissioning Procedure, Project Specification and Data Sheet of equipment’s, and then perform troubleshooting if found problem during Commissioning.
Perform to record the data during Commissioning of equipment as per Commissioning check list and then report to Lead Commissioning after finish activities.
Prepare document, check list, and tools before doing maintenance and preservation activities.
Perform Maintenance & Preservation for all Equipment’s of Electrical and Instrument, such as Continuity check, Insulation check, etc., based on Work Instruction.
Report to Supervisor after finish activities.
Prepare Documents for inspection (such as Drawing, RFI, Check Sheet, Test Sheet, etc.).

Inspection of various Instrument installation, such as Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, F&G, PAGA, Junction Box, Marshaling Cabinet, etc.
Inspection of various Cable Schedule & Routing, Cable Termination & Testing, Grounding/Earthing, Equipment Support, Tubing, Tray/Ladder, and E&I Equipment installation.
Witness with Client for Final Inspection base on Quality Control Form (QCF) per system and sub system.
Witness with Client for Continuity & Insulation Test, Busduct & MV Cable Hi-Pot Test, and Instrument Air Tubing Leak Test.
Review and signing Quality Control Form (QCF).

Witness with contractor for Testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Electrical Equipment.
Perform daily & monthly monitoring condition of Electrical Equipment (such as Motor, Switchgear,
MCC, Transformer, UPS, DC Rectifier, RFC, etc.) accordance with schedule.
Perform Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Troubleshoot, and Repairing
accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
Perform functional test of Electrical Equipment after repair.
Support Production to handle production claim, include analyze the root cause of trouble and
make sure maintenance smooth of process.
Cooperate with Engineering to provide, install, and commissioning the new or modification of
Electrical Equipment or system.
Provide daily report, maintenance report, and service report.
Established safety awareness, observe of safety regulation and good housekeeping habits.
Acting as a Fire Fighting Crew in accordance with instruction from Emergency Respond Team
Leader.
Perform Outgoing Inspection on finished products to ensure that product conform to Customers Requirement.
Conducted Inspection of Set in Hot, Cold, and Normal Temperature.
Confirm to Production and Engineering if found finding during inspection.
Ensure proper documentation of Quality Record.
