JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Giving Food Safety Training daily to all staff and 8 hours FS training to the new staff.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift.
Supervising the entire operation of the Dining & Kitchen Facilities during schedule
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Checking stock levels and proper rotation of food (FIFOFE, LIFO)
Checked the product, quality & packing of the food with time & temperature of the product
Internal Cross Audit per week in the different facilities.
Escorting the External Auditor
Ensuring hygiene and quality of food according to TB Med standard.
Supervising the staff to provide sufficient and accurate service to the guest & maintaining healthy guest relationship.
Maintaining the H.A.C.C.P and Daily paper works of the shifts.
Completed six months poject on To Check the Quality of Buffalo Meat Sausages from Post Harvest Engieering & Technology, Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh and also completed one month training for COCA-COLA Brindavan, Hathras.
