Designation :- Counter Sales Executive Period :- From January 30, 2014 to April 16, 2021 Job Responsibilities:
●Planning and implementation of monthly targets and there by achieving yearly targets.
●Visits to all the Customers and their offices on a regular basis for proper feedback and timely assistance.
●Visiting Existing Customers for collection of orders and payment.
●Reporting to Senior Branch Manager.
●Structuring and managing the sales forces including all the steels which are a major challenge, i.e., managing right people.
●Taking care of all types of queries and assisting customers at their requirements.
●Preparing on regular basis for weekend sales which means with the proper stocks and staffs.
●Follow-up with the Coordination Department for timely delivery for the valuable customer.
●Taking care of all types of end user complaints and giving total/timely solutions.
●Follow-up and realization of receivables from clients as per agreed credit terms.
●Exploring ways for improving existing products and services & increasing profitability.
