Responsible for credit matrix and surveillance of credit bureau which helps customers to maintain their credit life.

• Liaise with the Global Customer Service Financial teams to learn and implement best practice and to drive customer and performance improvements
• Ensuring the department complies with all Financial Policies, Laws, and regulations
• Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective customers
• Putting together new employee starter packs
• Setting up, monitoring and then tracking customers probationary periods
• Maintenance of the Finance records and systems
• Interpreting and clarifying the company’s financial policies & practices
• Define key performance indicators - develop success measures, track delivery against program objectives, lead improvement initiatives and document lessons learned
• Create appropriate concepts and deliver training & development programs as well as succession plans for client groups
• Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve customer issues
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balanced perspective
• Monitor and report on Quality metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes
• Recommend, own and drive performance improvement areas
• Support/consult with the Retail Project Managers and trainers to ensure new policies/processes are successfully scoped and rolled out with measurable results against key metrics
• Proven background of quality related analysis, with ability to draw conclusions and recommend improvement initiatives
• Deep dive/analyze customer related data and draw conclusions leading to improvement initiative recommendations
• Analytical, with a proven ability to analyze various data sources and identify root cause/drivers of performance
• Implement and own action plans which drive performance improvements.
