• Formulate and actively participate in delivery of the company’s Quality Policy and mission.
• Reviewing, updating and implementing the Quality Management system and its requirements in the company.
• Ensuring that the company’s Quality System is applied and effective.
• Plan, Arrange and coordinate internal audits.
• Convey and report any non-conformances and improvement opportunities to the top management.
• Organising testing and submission of test documentation for internal and third party inspections.
• Coordination, analyzing and reporting KPI's.
• Coordinate and arrange NDT with the Weld Testing authorities and take certifications and approvals for the same.
• Mentor, coach and train personnel involved in QA/QC tasks.
• Authorized to sign off NCR, CAR and assist PM in QA/QC Document Changes. Represent the company on QA/QC matters.
• Comply with Quality Management Systems as amended from time to time.
• Liaise and attend meetings with the QA/QC representatives and or Company Representative.
• Liaise and assist Engineers and Supervisors in the QA document presentation, verification and reporting of construction tasks to ensure compliance.
• Close of Corrective Actions and implement actions of preventive measure.
• Coordinate and arrange NDT with the Weld Testing authorities and take certifications and approvals for the same.
• Lead by example and attend and actively participate in HSE Meetings on the project.
• Cease any identified at risk behaviors or situations and report them to the immediate responsible Supervisor for rectification.
• Actively participate in the Audit and Inspection processes.
• Reinforce the Safety Program through promotion of safe work practices within their area of responsibility.
• Coordinate and arrange NDT with the Weld Testing authorities and take certifications and approvals for the same.
