I have successfully streamlined attendance tracking, overtime validation, and employee data management using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Saudi Labor Regulations.
My experience includes supporting end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires—while maintaining organized employee records and legal documentation. I am also confident in handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, and supporting management with performance tracking and workforce planning.
