• Responsible for entire life cycle of Recruitment process through domestic and international recruitment channels.
• Manage the employee joiners’ process which includes processing visas, creating employee records in the HRIS, network IDs, Ensure workstation, provide employee handbooks, stationary etc
• Processing all company sponsorship (Visa process, labor cards, labor contracts, Visa renewal, Visa cancellation, and End-of-Service benefits payments)
• Retrieval of company assets, IDs and access cards, Conducting Exit interviews.
• Leave administration.
• Employees’ Attendance, preparing time sheet
• Process the monthly payroll closing which includes ensuring HRIS is updated, overtime and deductions are checked and recorded,
• Addressing salary related queries and strict follow up with Finance dept to solve the worker’s salary related issues.
• Formation of salary accounts to staffs and laborers.
• Assists with the performance management process. Ensures all appraisals are completed & training needs are collated and reported.
• Manage employee relations. Manages employee conflicts, disputes and complaints in an objective manner.

• Coordinate for preparing employees CNIA pass before mobilizing to various Gas projects.
• Retrieval of company assets, IDs and access cards, Conducting Exit interviews.
• Leave administration (ensuring completion of business related handover, clearances from Finance)
• Handling Employee relation and Welfare such as assignment of accommodation, transportation, food allocation and basic utilities
• Prepare a monthly report of workers’ arrival, visa cancellation, vacation, staffs performance, attendance, business sales etc. to the Director of Operations.
• Tackle the salary related queries and strict follow up with Finance dept to resolve issues.
• Manage employee relations. Manages employee conflicts, disputes and complaints in an objective manner.
