I was responsible for operation and maintenance
activities with main duties as:
• Plant in charge at 12 MWp Solar Power Plant at Cochin International Airport Limited
• Planning and execution of Preventive, Predictive and Responsive Maintenance
activities of all equipment at the site.
• Monitoring plant operation up to module level.
• Maintenance of 400V/11KV Transformers and HT Panels.
• Preparation of various reports and Records.
• Handles team of 6 members and assigning duties for them for the proper plant
operation
• Calculating and maintaining of Performance ratio as per agreements.
• Interactions with client and Principal
• Site surveying for collecting input for system design
• Customer interaction for acquiring unique requirements & Feasibility study
• Installation, testing and commissioning of domestic PV Systems.
Main job responsibility is to control and maintain the working of transmission equipments. Noting down hourly reading of the transformers and feeders. Inspecting the yard.
I was working as a Technical Support Executive for their client Symantec(Norton Anti Virus). My job responsibilities were to help Norton users for any issues they were facing on their computer caused by Norton product or services through chat session. The main target was to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
