Risk assesment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•To be fully conversant with client’s Health, Safety documents and emergency procedure.
•To represent the organization in various HSE meetings
•To implement emergency response plans, procedures and evacuation drills.
•To prepare daily site inspection report for file and correct deficiencies.
•Inspect on the job site to make sure that everything is, safe the satisfactory.
•Establishing the guidelines for a safety program and helps the employer implement the policy
•Implementing safety procedures and instructing employees on how to assess certain hazards
•Teaching the employer techniques for reducing injuries and accidents on the job site
•Site monitoring Excavation, Height Work, Piling, Lifting PR shutter’s
•Provide appropriate safety and Protective equipment to all employees at work site and to ensure that the equipment provided must be properly used.
•Ensure all personnel are educated in fire prevention practices and the use of fire extinguishing equipment.
•Daily interact with site management and site sectional heads on safety issues, done periodic site inspections, advised corrective/preventive solutions
• Heavy Erection jobs & monitoring required rigging plan for such activities.
•Using excellent communication skills to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with colleague employees, officials inside & outside organizations, and other
representatives.
