• Worked with Project Named Airtel Africa IP/MPLS Network where in managing eighteen countries which only consist of NOKIA nodes.
• Integrating MPLS international links with higher bandwidth as the Network is emerging and then introducing these links in MPLS.
• Load balancing the traffic from ISP over the MPLS international links.
• Load sharing the traffic over the Multiple ISP based on the customer requirement.
• Influencing the Upload and Download traffic if multiple ISPs exist.
• Service like P2P or Multipoint customer sites, providing strategic solutions accordingly.
• Configuring and troubleshooting MPLS L3VPN and L2VPN based on the customer requirement.
• Assisting the customer in configuring protocols like ISIS, BGP, MPLS, and routing policies and filters.
• Coordinating with cross-functional departments, vendors, associate partners and ISPs throughout the globe.
• Assisting customers in their maintenance window with activities hardware upgrades, configurations, hardware replacements.
• Troubleshooting the Enterprise Internet reachability, bandwidth issues, performance related things and provided the prompt responses accordingly.
• Troubleshooting the customer reported issues, analyse and Problem then actively
• Reporting the same to TAC Team for further investigations.
• Handling escalation, assisting team members both L1 engineers during call and secure meeting, auditing their L1 engineers cases, working with them.
• Expertise in analysing the logs from the router to find the cause of the problems.
