Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support onsite and remote for Information Exchange()
Define and develop project deliverables based on Statement of Work.
Skillfully creating high level technical documentation post the project deployment
Participated in migration of Mail server to Office 365 and provide support to End users.
Manages and Maintained Email accounts, Customization on Office 365.
