Build and maintain application server compatible with Windows and report to Applications Architecture Manager.
Coordinate with development teams to identify needs and work with network engineers, system administrators, database administrators to design application server environments.
Provide technical support to web designers and developers to assist in operating server technologies.
Maintain metadata and support document management facility.
Generate reports and database queries using ASP.NET.
Respond to requests received by help desk in timely manner.
Provide regular project status and estimates to the management.
Provide support in Quality Assurance testing and testing of recovery plans.
Provide customer support with company applications including resolving issues, preparing cases, update patches, manuals and training materials.
Coordinate with the IT System Administrator Management to resolve issue, manage company applications and recommend improvements.
Provide assistance to on-going web pages development.
Support in-house development of programs and database.

As a Senior Programmer I managed a team of 5 programmers and reviewed their code and test plan for validity and efficiency. I was involved in the total development cycle of the projects given to me from design till implementation stage. I also attended quality training and took care of quality aspects in the code developed by me and in my team.

As a junior programmer I was took the task of developing codes in programming language C# of various projects assigned to me.
