Result oriented Quality Engineer with 17 years of Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience in Civil Construction for Express Highway & bridges in Middle East.
Preparing, implementing, and following up with NRMCA certification. Make various concrete mix design and cost escalation as per client requirements.
Prepare the laboratory and batching plant to get ministry approval and it’s survived for existing approval
Provide training for QC personals to perform routine laboratory tests & fresh concrete analysis.
Calibration of all batching plant and laboratory equipment from the Ministry or from other approved calibration authority & keep certificates.
Maintain test reports for all raw materials from the third-party laboratory in certain period as per the Ministry or Project requirements.
Concrete mix design for different applications as per specifications and requirements from clients and consultants. Conducting trial mixes to get the mix approval from the consultants.

Monitor various aspects of fresh concrete, hardened concrete and all raw materials used in the construction site
Liaison with the Client & Consultants on quality aspects on sites
Maintained well filing system for daily test results, mix designs & project specifications.
Close monitoring of daily cube compressive test results and quality control back up from various projects.
Conducts all physical tests on site & in the laboratory for Asphalt, aggregates, concrete and soil testing as per respective BS & ASTM standards
Monitor daily Asphalt laying at site as per QA/QC procedure & relevant standards.
Perform sampling & temperature of HMA laying & plant trials
Monitoring fresh concrete, such as density, Air content, Slump & temp as and when required at site by contractors or ready-mix companies
Soil analysis at laboratory and construction site tests
As a senior laboratory technician, successfully completed Dubai Municipality Accreditation for the laboratory test.
