• Took full ownership of the project delivery for several Projects including fabrication, installation, and commissioning through the full life until the final handover in the most cost-efficient manner while ensuring conformance to the quality, drawings, functional specifications, and program time frame.
• Commanded end-to-end operations with complete accountability for labor, productivity, quality control, and safety whilst focusing on exceeding expectations and professional standards.
• Provided functional leadership, technical support, and strategic planning for streamlining policies of the operations department seamlessly executing works in equipment installations.
• Mobilized all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per the schedule and prioritized on-time deliveries within pre-set parameters, obtained timely clearances, approvals, and permissions from the statutory authorities during the execution of the Project.
