• Monitors the operation of all Company’s equipment and auxiliary equipment through various control measures and ensures optimum operational status and deployment.
• Ensures all maintenance tasks are performed and completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Updating daily checklist & inspection procedures, maintenance report & supervising maintenance activities.
• Delegating work assignments based on an employee’s skills and experience level
• Ensures that all equipment’s are maintained, repaired, returned and installed to production status and that all safety procedures are followed properly.
• Assesses all repairs thoroughly so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spares kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner.
• Analyses different technical studies to decide whether to repair or buy new equipment.
• Monitoring the frequency of equipment inspection.
• Responsible for project mobilization as per project requirements
• Assist the project managers in the development of project-specific PMV procedures.
• Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
• Implements training programs for all personnel working in the PMV department.
• Assists procurement function in equipment’s specifications purchase requests, and evaluate technical proposals from suppliers
• Good experience in welding & fabrication jobs & welding inspections.

• Experience in maintenance of Mobile & Crawler Cranes, Articulated Trucks, Excavators, Wheel Loader, Forklifts, Telehandlers, Dozer, Rollers, Man Lift, Smelter Mobile Equipment’s.
• Experience in maintenance of Marine Equipment like Tug Boat, Crew Boat, Barges, Positioning & Crane Barges & its necessary certifications.
• Experience in providing technical support for spare parts & identifying the correct spare parts.
• Successfully completed Certification for Appointed Person for Lifting.
• Good experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (AMOSW, Oracle Based CMMS & Maximo).
• Able to explain information about product and fundamental technical matters in a way the customer can understand.

• Responsible for analyzing critical equipment failures for rotating & plant equipment’s & vessels and recommending corrective measures.
• Expertise in Condition Monitoring of equipment’s like Plant Equipment’s, Tug Boats, Working Barges, Vessels, Rotating Equipment’s, Turbines, Compressors, Engines etc.
• Expertise in preparing Lubricant Recommendations Schedules (LRS) for vessels & rotating equipment’s based on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) recommendation.
• Experience in allocation of manpower & resources to meet the daily work schedule.
• Able to provide expert advice on interpretation of oil condition monitoring data for marine vessels & rotating equipment’s.
• Provide support for oil & gas & petrochemical companies for oil condition monitoring.
• Good knowledge of lubricant properties, different brand of lubricants, lubricant additives, Testing
methods etc.
• Able to develop and co-ordinate Condition Monitoring programmes and policies.
• Able to coordinate the condition monitoring activities within the industrial plants for rotating equipment’s and recommend ways to improve.
• Able to provide support to site activities regarding maintenance & condition monitoring activities.
• Able to assist plants in identifying solutions to the mechanical maintenance problems utilizing various condition-monitoring techniques and to discuss with OEM for the correct remedial actions.
Completed B Tech Mechanical Engineering, 4 Years degree.
