• Tendering & Estimation Department while exploring business opportunity with existing client as well as new client
• Reviewing the tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness
• Guiding Junior Engineers and other team members in the estimation process, assisting project managers and contractors during bid analysis and negotiating the same with contracting personnel

• Submitting tender projects, attending tender meeting, negotiating with suppliers and clients, calculating labor cost, preliminary cost, over head for the project and calculating the profit and submitting to the top management
• Ensuring that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details and is built up methodically in accordance with good estimating practice
• Maintaining the current and previous estimation records; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness in the evaluated results
• Reviewing latest developments in estimation process; fostering relationship with contractors, studying current advancements &, visiting the site location and meeting other professionals engaged in it
• Follow up with clients or main contractor on the submitted offers.
• Value engineering to reduce the Project cost.
• Conducting quantity surveying, reviewing contract documents, assisting Contract Manager as well as assessing subcontractor’s application for variations/ claims and prepares calculation/ submission to the consultant and the client
• Administering quantity take-off/ measurement of works for subcontractor’s payment certificate
• Setting up cost plan, budget for new projects and preparing cost report for various sites on monthly basis
• Submitting the project for mechanical installation including material, labor and accessories cost and submit the bid on time

• Reviewing designing packaging, project drawings, etc., providing technical insights regarding its development, and preparing directions for estimating process accordingly
• Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures, reviewing the same by maintaining relationship with contractors, reading about current advancements techniques in business magazines and other media, visiting the site location, and meeting other professionals involved in the estimating processes
