* Responsible for the all IT services to provide efficient and scalable IT operations to the organisation and its clients.
Accountable for defining and applying IT standards, policies, processes and strategic direction with Full Revenue
and Capex Budget responsibility
* Playing a substantial role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control
processes
* working closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions
within the firm are being properly executed following best practices
* Administering day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilitiesof various
business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management
* License and obsolescence management in line with throughout product life cycle
* Supervisingoperational systems, processes, and infrastructure while discovering prospects for improvementor
revision, and anticipating & tracking operational and tactical risks, and providing strategic resolutions
* Monitoring & comparing pricing and vendor bids with their department’s budget determines which vendors offer
the most advantageous terms which help the commercial team to negotiates rates with those vendors
* Raising and tracking issues and conflicts remove barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving
stakeholders, and escalates to an appropriate level when required
* Establishing & maintaining credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines & external
vendors and also managing subcontractors and review their performance frequently
* Forecasting and implementing cybersecurity measures on all MNG information systems and networks
* Developing IT policies and procedures to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably
* Managing software licenses and vendor support contracts for the ministry of national guard network
* Reporting weekly monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
* Executing reasonability testing & information validation before circulating findings & advisory to key stakeholders
* Examining a diverse set of situations and provides clarity to the team and stakeholders
