❖ Assist Execution team to prepare SHE Document like JHI, JSA, RISK ASSESSMENT, Rescue and Ventilation Plan, Work Packs, Permit to work Compliance at site.
❖ Verify Competence 3rd party certification, scaffolding, crane operation etc, Equipment Safety 3rd party certificate & fit for purpose High risk activities required additional officer safety coverage
❖ Supervise Contractors Safety officers coverage and inspection program on weekly or monthly basis ensuring that only Inspected and Certified plants and Equipment’s (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic tools and Equipment's) are in use at site
❖ Coordinate Gas test, confined space entry - 1/2, respiratory equipment, working at height SHE support, conducting various type of internal training/Knowledge Transfer & Awareness session.
Health & Safety Management
❖ Implementing Occupational Health and Safety plans.
❖ Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of accidents, fires, calamities; conducting investigations for determining the cause of industrial accidents.
❖ Monitor industry activities, practices and facilitates the sharing of lesson learned and best practices.
❖ Communicates safety bulletins and alerts to the organization.
❖ Supervises contractor safety resources, reviews and interface with contractor safety programs.
❖ Coordinates or assists in the preparation of work packs/Rescue and Ventilation Plans/JHI/JSA/Risk Assessment for shutdowns.
❖ Preparing Task Risk Assessment, Health Risk Assessment
❖ Planning, organizing, directing, supervising & coordinating the HSE activities.
❖ Integrating HSE issues with Contractors, statutory bodies and sub-contractors.

Training & Development
❖ Conducting trainings on HSE Induction, Basic Fire Fighting, Extinguishers, Operation and Maintenance of Fire Hydrant System.
❖ Preparation of training plans and schedule for training program on different topics.
❖ Arranging adequate HSE training to all staff & maintaining records of the same.
❖ Attending Kick off HSE and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) meetings with Share Holders.
❖ Leading a team of Safety Officers/Assistants and providing them guidance on all HSE aspects related to safe execution of the project.
My responsibilities as a Safety Officer which include ensuring all the work to be carried out with the (PTW) permit to work system as per client requirement before commencing the work, Workers are wearing educate PPE items, aware them of the site safety procedures established and conducting daily TOOL BOX Meeting with the execution team to improve healthy, safe and pollution free environment working atmosphere. Ensuring the all employees aware of steps to be followed as per the client requirement in case of the emergency plan and circumstances. Conducting weekly exclusive safety meeting and updating the day-to-day safety news reviewing the calibration / due certificate of fire extinguisher, pressure equipment Etc… and updating the same when reviewer is due ensuring the scaffolding is as per the international standard / client requirement and properly tagged.
