•Ability to understand & follow client specification, codes & standards according to the project scope
•Follow up corrective action to improve quality system. Control of welders' performance in production welding.
•Reviewing & maintaining all kind of QA/QC documents.

Responsibilities:
•Field storage welded steel Tanks' inspection
•Stage inspections were carried out on field steel storage oil tanks
•Witness the stage inspections such as material traceability, fit-up, dimension, visual inspection & NDT activities.
•Monitoring the welding activities
•Verify the application of the approved welding procedures, visual inspection of welding.
•Verifying the dimensional check activities such as verticality (plumpness) Roundness, Peaking & banding etc., Nozzle orientation inspection during tank fabrication & erection.
•OPT (oil penetrant Test) was carried out for annular plate to shell plate joints, pontoon joints etc.
•Witness DPT of man-hole fillet welds
•Interpret RT film for annular plate butt welds.
