Roles & Responsibility:-
•Maintaining record of specific information about the customer’s queries, reports, customer dealings and relationships.
•Planning dispatch as per customer orders and depots requirements through COF (Customer Order Fulfillment) and executing through proper follow up with vendors as per area allocation.
•Handling African and local customers.
•Making Sea orders and air orders as per the customer request.
•Handling dispatch of Renault and Nissan spare parts to various Countries.
•Import and export activities to various countries.
•Providing BL details to the freight forwarder to Export the goods.
