Key Achievements & Responsibilities:
◆ Streamlined the business workflows and increased the productivity significantly of SEWA by developing an application that manages the execution of workflows with their respective application forms & requests by interpreting the process definitions defined by the workflow participants.
◆ Designed & developed a comprehensive reporting system for the Control Engineers enabling them to maintain & review the critical status and log of different Turbines, Generators, and Desalination units at all the Power Stations of SEWA.
◆ Established service level agreements - SLA with each department and IT for current and planned functions and activities
◆ Designed & Developed applications in VB .NET & ASP .NET languages and using MS SQL Server & Oracle DB as backend for various critical projects complementing the existing ERP Systems.
◆ Installed, configured & maintained servers for deployment of applications developed.
