Leading, developing, coaching and motivating branch staffs.
Developing plans and budgets and organizing, controlling and monitoring the activities of the branch team.
Developing the branch team’s understanding of wider business strategy and plans and how these relate to branch plans.
Continually reviewing and measuring branch activities against performance targets, standards and service levels.
Leading or overseeing recruitment activities for the branch team, including making decisions on individuals.
• To produce documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and database, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
• Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing, liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment, Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.
• Co-ordinate & follow up of short listing of candidates, Organize all activities for selection of employees
• Responsible for the recruitment process in the organization, Screening & Short listing of Profiles, Scheduling Interview, Coordinate on the staff Joining Formalities, Preparation of guidelines for Performance appraisal.
• Handling Grievances of Employees, Counseling the employee, Training need Analysis, Maintenance of Staff Records.
• I have taken interview also and screening the candidate.
I am pursuing MBA from MGU in operation management, it will completed in august 2013 and i am also pursuing MBA from SMU in project management,it will completed in January 2014. I have done graduation(B.TECH) in electronics and communication from UPTU Lucknow in 2010.
