cost of materials and overall improvements in unit costs and country overheads.

" Spearheaded the execution of key priorities surrounding HSEQ, alternate suppliers
development, customer service, process development, and financial governance.
Managed entirety of supply chain delivery from collaborative demand forecasting to customer
services through distribution facilities handling over 1 million pallets and 60 inventory turns per
year. Developed reporting systems and implemented operational KPIs to improve order
fulfillment to 98.75%. Built and implemented a sustainable Supply Chain Process Model and
configured a Sales Forecasting Review Tool.
