• To introduce, develop and upgrade: Policies, Procedures, and Database Systems including but not limited to Administration, Human Resources, Assets, and Inventory Control.
• To initiate, prepare and update on regular basis: Company Prequalification Document.

• To introduce, develop and upgrade: Policies, Procedures, and Systems through Dbase, for all four Companies within the Group, including but not limited to Control, Administration, Human Resources, Assets, Computers, Networking, and Business Operations.
• To initiate, prepare and update on regular basis: Company Prequalification Document.
• To ensure: that the interest of both, Company and Employee, is met, by keeping records of all documents and transactions relating to the employees.
• To control: movement of Employees, Machinery, Equipments, Tools, and Documents.
• To provide: support services to the Group-Companies promptly.
• To ensure: smooth cash-flows, Payroll preparation and execution, control on expenses, payables, and keep a direct contact with all concerned, in the best interest of the Company.
• Preparation and control of budget (£.6.5M), quarterly reviews and cash-flows.
• Selling expenses (£.1.5M), publicity expenses (£.5M), and all KSA-payments including staff salaries, benefits, terminations, etc.
• General Ledgers and Purchase Order Systems.
• Administration of Company’s bank account, float, assets and vehicles fleet.
• KSA-Dealer payments, including coordination in shipping and clearing of cigarettes as well as publicity-materials shipments.
• General administration and personnel, including recruitment, terminations, insurances, traveling, commercial correspondence and training of Rothmans staff within the Peninsula territory.
The responsibilities included but not limited to the trading and commercial activities, preparation and implementation of budgets and reviews personnel and administration, accounts and financial operations; cash-flows, dealing with banks and financial institutions, preparation of profit & loss accounts, liaison with auditors, overseas suppliers, local clients, and, coordination with the associated Companies within the Group.
Was also responsible :-
• to keep a close contacts with the local Consulting Firms, Contractors, Suppliers, Customers, as well as Overseas Principals/Suppliers, for the marketing, promotion and sale of Consumat Incinerators in Saudi Arabia,
• for the sale and export of Saudi Sulphur and different brands of Cigarettes worldwide, and,
• preparation of Company Prequalifications and Tender Documents.
