• To introduce, develop and upgrade: Policies, Procedures, and Database Systems including but not limited to Administration, Human Resources, Assets, and Inventory Control.

• To initiate, prepare and update on regular basis: Company Prequalification Document.

• To ensure: that the interest of both, Company and Employee, is met, by keeping records of all documents and transactions relating to the employees.

• To control: movement of Employees, Machinery, Equipments, Tools, and Documents.

• To provide: support services to the Group-Companies promptly.

• To ensure: smooth Payroll preparation and execution, and keep a direct contact with all concerned, in the best interest of the Company.

• To complete: Prequalification Questionnaires and regularly update Websites like ARAMCO, SCECO, etc.

• for the sale and export of Saudi Sulphur and different brands of Cigarettes worldwide, and,
• preparation of Company Prequalifications and Tender Documents.
