Campus and Technology Park Services (CTPS)-Central Control Room (CCR)
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Plan and direct the execution of technical, financial and administrative functions of various operational assignments.
* To ensure all services are well established, implemented and monitored to well-defined KPI’s (Key Performance
Indicators).
* Leading a team of goal oriented operation engineers to achieve appropriate results ensuring utmost client satisfaction.
* Well conversant in managing multiple subsystems including complex control loops for Facility Automation System,
Toxic Gas Monitoring System, Fire Detection Alarm System, Laboratory Control System, Lighting Control System.
* To perform Root cause analysis using TapRoot Methodology and proposing the corrective actions in response to the
incurred.
* Lead and manage operational activities in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
* Monitoring the
