• Developmental Procurement:
Handling localization of packaging materials (Supplier Audits, Technical recommendations, Trials & specs signoff). Have maintained great working relations with all suppliers specifically ones based in KSA/Gulf to gain edge on technological developments.

• Supply Chain & Logistics:
Using advanced software like CAD/TOPs & techniques to optimize the packaging space through out the supply chain by performing Static (Storage) & Dynamic (Transit) testing to ensure products & people safety.

• Sustainability:
Pro-actively enabling spread of circular economy in GCC with Post Consumer Recycle/Plastic footprint reduction.

• Coach & SME:
Member of EMEA Packaging SME team, coaching & Supporting other mills, most recently packaging development and rollover of $70 MM startup of Huggies plant in Lagos, Nigeria.

Qualification of backup material suppliers to support supply planning & procurement to ensure business continuity.

• Good Practices Development & Deployment:
Generated numerous SOPs for various processes i.e., Factory Acceptance Testing, Specs System Adherence etc.

As first ever Packaging Engineer in GCC, managed E2E packaging development with Innovation/Renovation of New & Existing business segments produced from Bahrain & was given tremendous opportunity for EMEA wide travel, exposure & learning.

Established a baseline for the Packaging R&D function and received recognition from cross functional teams for effective development of new processes and streamlining of existing, before moving to a senior GCC wide responsibility.

Managed manufacturing operations & maintenance in Packing with 300+ SKUs, 8 manufacturing lines in Health, Household & Personal Care categories with annual production worth $80 MM. Did 6 months assignment in Warehouse operations (RPM & FG) & helped reduce process gaps
