 Define marketing, sales and lease strategies to support the KEC’s overall corporate objectives
 Develop a feasible marketing plan for KEC and oversee its day-to-day implementation
 Plan and organize marketing functions, activities and operations (product development, branding, communications
tenant mix, etc.), and ensure they project the KEC’s unique “voice”
 Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
 Create a solid network of strategic partnerships toward increase corporate revenues
 Develop and implements strategic sales\leasing plans and forecasts to achieve projected revenues
 Develop and manages marketing\sales\leasing operating budgets
 Oversee and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive
conditions
 Manage and empower pre-leasing agreements with potential customers for new commercial projects
 Direct sales\lease\call center forecasting activities and sets performance goals\KPI’s accordingly
 Manage and operate sales team performance, oversee daily activities, improve their capabilities through ongoing
training programs and
 Direct and motivate staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing
programs
 Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
 Manage and supervise collection department directly to ensure cash flow are set as planned and eliminate defaults

 Achieve over SAR 215 million overall projects sales revenue during 2019
 Successfully increased project\units market value by 10% in 2019 approved by Economic Cities Authority
 Finalize and obtain Board of Directors approval for KEC marketing and sales plans in 2019
 Successfully launched mega projects with value over SAR 3 Billion. Develop communication plans and grand
opining activities
 Direct the market research results into actions towards new products designs and engineering methods
 Sign agreement with mortgage companies and banks to facilitate mortgage for KEC customers

- Direct the design of feasible properties marketing campaigns for sale and lease, either in-house or with advertising and marketing firms as relevant.
- Manage and Supervise Al Qasr Mall marketing and on-ground activities toward improving and achieving their lease targets.
