• Handling a team of 7 members with process monitoring of More than 30, 400 employee salaries.
• Processing payroll for more than 9400 staff in line to help the team for timely payments
• Handling BUREAU SERVICES Payroll for clients in UAE & GCC.
• Coordinating Finance and IT dept. for regular track to ensure “Zero” errors on payroll. Liaising with Staff and business unit on Payroll related queries.
• Monthly & Yearly payroll audit to be done to ensure we processed salaries for all and all journal given to finance department timely which match with the processing of payrolls
• Monthly Audits for the EOS staff, enabling all the EOS Benefits are paid & all advances recovered after visas cancelled.
• Co-ordination with Banks on daily basis.
• Handling Petty Cash of AED 1 Million, maintaining proper record & documentation of cash follow
• High ability for leading, motivating and working closely with different levels of management and staff. Good communication and interpersonal skills; both team player and independent hands-on worker.
• Maintaining the advances & compensation in payroll system which come from finance, P&L, BU & from HR. Assist in preparing and processing of staff salaries and wages with accuracy
• Practicing all the policies and procedures following the rules and regulations and laws of the country.
