Role:
•Leading a team and owns account of customers spread across various verticals - Automotives, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Consumer Durables
•Operations lead for the accounts handled - Managing WH operations-Inward, Put away, GRN, Outward, Resource Planning, Operations Support
•Act as Key Point of contact for all customers and working closely with cross functional department to address issues impacting customer.
•Revenue Growth and P&L Of the Portfolios handled
•Costing, Negotiations and Contract Sign offs
•Retaining and growing existing base of business
•Driving performances and Service levels
•Engaging customers in monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
•Managing Billing, Collections and reconciliation of portfolios handled

Shara Q Shop Project):
•Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
•Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP, 5S.
•Manage stock - Receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
•Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
•Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
•Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
•Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
•Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
•Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report.
•Managing overall profitability of the warehouse.
•Delivery Operations - Planning & prioritizing delivery, collection of proof of delivery, undelivered reasons, managing accounts receiveables (To Pay, DOD, COD)
•Inventory Control & Warehouse Mangement: Regular stock taking (Physical, Waybill & System stocks) for stock audit purpose and economical utilization of bay areas
•Delivery Customer Management - Pre-notification on inventory, Pre-alerting Hub Operations, Undelivered inventory management, Exceptions Management, Customer Communications and generating reports
•Transhipment operations -Network arrivals & departures, loading & unloading, documentation and statutory requirments, making short excess & unconnected reports.
