• On-site issues identification, rectification and fixation.
• To design and conduct technical courses for the purpose of training persons on application usage.
• To manage releases and product deployment on client site.
• To manage intellectual product technical support to leverage services level agreement.
• To provide On-Site, Telephonic, and Remote support.
• To assist team members in quality assurance, application deployment and technical support tasks.
• Documentation responsibilities i.e. creating and managing user guide, installation and configuration documents, administrational and operational training guide, test plan, test cases etc.
• To communicate directly with customers to identify and rectify the technical issues.
• Identifying and implementing best practices for risk free deployment of software product.
• Developing, testing and integrating custom web reports with Rockwell RSEnergyMatrix.
