• Project Appraisal and Sanction of Term Loan facility of Rs. 230 Cr to finance the project cost of setting up 2x20 MW Solar Project of IL&FS Energy Development Co. Ltd. at Agar District, Madhya Pradesh.

• Sanction of Term Loan of Rs. 10, 000 crores to part finance the transmission capacity addition programme of Power Grid Corp. India Ltd. based on the Balance Sheet of the company.

• Project Appraisal and Sanction of Term Loan facility of Rs. 3035 Cr to finance the project cost of setting up a 726.6 MW (2 x 363.3 MW) Natural Gas based Combined Cycle Power Project at Pallatana, Tripura.

• Project Appraisal and due diligence of an underwritten offer of term loan of Rs. 300 Cr to an upcoming private player for acquisition of 194.20 MW Wind Energy assets in Gujarat, Karnataka and Rajasthan.

• Working Capital Assessment proposals for the companies listed above.

Key Achievement: Generated income (NII + other fee income) of Rs. 150 Cr during FY2014-15.
