Oversee implementation and provide technical support to all of CapacityPlus’ programmed HRIS activities in Nigeria
Build and sustain collaborative working relationship with key federal and state government counterparts as well as other key development partners
Oversee and ensure ongoing support for data entry and data use of HRIS at supported professional councils
Provide HRIS advocacy to additional health councils in Nigeria, to promote and secure additional opportunities to expand HRIS
Facilitate rollout of iHRIS at the state level, in collaboration with State Ministries of Health and other key stakeholders
Support State Ministries of Health (SMOH) on the ongoing implementation of HRIS at the state level including data collection and analysis
Support FMOH and other stakeholders to in the HRH Informatics System Technical Working Group and providing ongoing support and participation with the group
Develop, adapt and maintain data collection plans, instruments and data analysis plans for HRIS
Coordinate and quality assure the work of all local partners, data programmers and/or consultants contracted to provide HRIS support under CapacityPlus; ensuring timely deliverables that are in
line with agreed MoU, scopes of work, etc.
Provide ongoing training as necessary to support the sustainability of HRIS in Nigeria
