a) Project manager for introduction of 2 new fragrance under the Home and Hygiene Category with similar base formulation with current surface care product for Australia and New Zealand market. b) Project Manager for migration of 5 new variants from subcontracted manufacturer in India to JB Factory under the Home and Hygiene Category with same base formulation of current Air Care products.
c) R&D Projects Lead for introduction of new pack size for shower gel manufactured at subcontracted manufacturer side. Conduct line validation and industrial trial at subcontracted manufacturer side.
d) R&D Project Lead for introduction of new product for Malaysia market in the dish washing category product manufactured at RB Poland factory. Conduct and qualify transport and storage trial at external warehouse.

NRP Project:
a) Project manager for qualification of alternate local source of aerosol caps to break mono-sourcing and dependency on one source. A part of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to have multiple source for raw material and packaging material.
b) Project manager for qualification third source of alcohol supplier. Provide greater flexibility to supply planning to meet the just in time (JIT) requirement to support production demand.

GME:
a) Project manager for qualification of second source of tinplate supplier to our can manufacturer which give an estimated annualized saving of 300, 000 GBP. The tinplate’s are supplied to our existing 2 can makers located locally.
b) Project manager for qualification of third source of can maker from China with their own source of tinplate. Provide an annualized saving of more than 500, 000 GBP for the pest category product alone. Greater expansion of profit margin and BCP current source of tinplate’s.

Other Projects/Supports
a) Local Project Leader for Project REACH which involve overall assessment for raw material and finished goods safety, quality and compliance with local and REACH regulation. Compilation of all information related to raw material in use at JB factory was submitted to Global SQC team for evaluation. Timely update of most current raw material information in database to meet the requirement of having SDS less than 2 years last revision and Raw Material Questionnaire (RMQ) dated less the 5 years.
b) R&D Project lead for Project REACH Pure which is the implementation of SAP Material Data Governance (MDG) module for raw material and Master Data Management (MDM) module vendor management at JB factory. Lead the fit gap analysis for JB factory, data cleansing, data alignment between current system (TDS & JDE), data migration to SAP/MDG and MDM system and Go live with new system. Trained as Super User of SAP/MDG and MDM system.
c) Support Thailand regulatory team to prepare the registration document for all pest product manufacture in JB factory for Thailand market.
e) Support Malaysia marketing team to conduct competitor analysis.
