in place piles, shoring walls, tangent walls, low headroom piles, Osterberg load cell tests, driven steel tubular piles with caps, screw
piles, sheet piles and minor concrete works. Total Contract Value CAN$80m. Average contract value $5 to 10m CAD.

podium for Phase 1 constructed to Specification, Quality & Schedule . Pre-plan and cost for phase 2 hotel works. Phase I contract value $21mUSD & Phase II $25mUSD

Doha, Qatar. Construct first metro station box at New Doha Airport via top down method. Recruited specifically to support and motivate foundation subcontractor for diaphragm walls, large diameter piles some with plunge columns, Pre-plan, direct and monitor follow up heavy civils concrete, bulk earthworks, state of the art monitoring and dewatering. Resolve complex technical and quality issues direct with RE. Attend all meetings.
Transferred to Amman Jordan on water conveyance pipeline project from April 2011 to September 2011 .
Carry out all duties of Project Manager. ( planning, execution, monitoring, contractual, extra works etc.)
1.4km of perimeter secant wall with tiebacks, load bearing piles and pile testing via traditional & Osterberg cell methods, bulk
excavation, breaking down piles to cut off and dewatering for a 9 Towers, hotel, and large podium development. The job was
performed in 3 phases. Perimeter secant wall first, foundation piles, dewatering & bulk excavation and pile testing second, followed
by precise excavation to building foundations profile for towers and podium cap followed by pile breaking and pile integrity testing.
Total contract value was $58m USD.
Carry out typical duties of Project Manager ( plan, execute, monitor, contracts, change orders, correspondence etc.) Worked 1 year in Lake Worth Florida on I-95 widening project for piles under bentonite. Then worked in and around Boston area on for various piling and diaphragm wall projects, Diavik Diamond Mine project in the North-West Territories of Canada for a deep jet grout
cut off wall 40m deep for the A-418 dike ($15m) and a slurry wall using a hydromill for the ground zero rebuild at the World Trade
Center, New York ($35m).
Worked in Lagos Nigeria as the Production Manager responsible for all aspects of work including pre-plan, manpower, equipment, day to day servicing of multiple concurrent sites for their needs, manage project managers and superintendents for each site, write contractual correspondence to Client(s) and submit change orders and claims etc. Annual turnover of work 20 to 40M USD.
Site Engineer working in Large Diameter Auger Division. Worked on piling contracts on site in London at various sites and Sunderland Metro. Organise and plan mobilisations to site, take care of all the typical site engineer duties on site on a day to day basis, handover required documentation to Client at end of job & demobilize.
Office or site running multiple job sites as required, taking care of the pre-planning, job tracking, site visits,
contractual issues, safety, quality and job close out. Type of work included rotary bored piling dry or under bentonite, CFA,
diaphragm and plastic walls (rope & hydraulic grab) with & without membrane, mini-piling and grouting. Steel tubular driven piling for
marine works and steel sheet piles.
Large diameter rotary bored piles cast under water and polymer in various jobsite locations in Kuala Lumpur for new Star Light Railway viaducts and station
structures.
Typical site engineer duties, take care of manpower, equipment, planning, call off rebar, concrete, supervise construction and quality, post concrete pile tests, complete in depth pile logs.
Worked self employed in London on a jobbing hourly basis on various sites, but also Included working for John Laing Civil Engineering for 3 years at Sizewell B Nuclear power station as a site engineer in the structural
steelwork section, Wimbledon Tennis Club for Westpile Ltd piling for a new stadium and media centre as a site engineer for 8
months, one year working for Whessoe Projects PLC as site engineer in Motola, Mozambique constructing a new grain jetty and
refurbishing an existing oil jetty for the Overseas Development Agency. Jobs typically involved RC frames, internal works and housing developments for
ground beams, slabs, drainage and roads in and around the London area for various contractors.
Worked as a Site Engineer for approximately 1 year each for R O'Rourke and Sons, Christiani & Nielsen and Sir Robert McAlpine.
Prior to that 2 years for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Highway Maintenance Division as a Graduate Engineer.
