 QA Testing and Training
 Testing, Implementation and training of staff for new WMS - Highjump.

 Study the existing process and work on improving the process to increase productivity, pick efficiency and eliminate non-productive tasks.
 Troubleshoot system, process related issues and provide solutions.

 Working closely with CPIP team to develop new process improvement and update the management.

 Warehouse Management (Avg Storage Volume - 8000 Cbm, Inbound Vol - 600 Cbm, Outbound Cbm - 250 Cbm), (10000 Pallet Locations Storage)
 Planning and maintaining efficient Warehouse Operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to warehouse viz. receipt (in bound), dispatch (out bound), inventory, etc.
 Handling the warehouse operations with 28 staff.
 Managing incoming & outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of material.
 Replenishing & ticketing of stock items by raising purchase indents and delivery advices.
 Handling functions related to the development & maintenance of warehouse facilities along with the optimization of materials handling & flow.
 Monitoring of Shortages / Excess through RCR - Receipt Confirmation Report as well as of Damage / Shrinkage found in Warehouse.
 Verifying the Documents like Invoices, ASN, and Shipment Orders with WMS
 Actively work to rectify miss-pick / Nil - pick errors
 Maintaining Monthly Report of Volume / Location utilized for all the Storer.
 Check and submit billing details every month end to finance dept for duty paid and services rendered to client, for generating invoice on client.
 Ensured staffs motivation and briefed them time to time on focus and goal by conducting Performance Dialogue daily start of the shift.

 Inventory Control & Management
 Spearheading cost reduction initiatives consolidating tasks, eliminating non-value-added processes & complete re-engineering of processes and systems.
 Planning, scheduling and conducting the Cycle Count, Perpetual Inventory, Brand Inventory, and Annual / Quarterly Full Stock Count. QC control and auditing.
 Process Improvement and Quality Improvement using 5S techniques.
 Claims investigating using 8D reports, reporting & record keeping
 Book to Book stock reconciliation and Positive/Negative Adjustment of stock after the full stock count.
 Scheduling and conducting Aisle check, Commodity check, Empty location & Expiry checks, CBM auditing.
 Maintaining Monthly Report of Volume / Location utilized.
 Inventory Hold and Unhold for various operational needs (Customs Inspection / Batch hold / Special Items.)

Key Deliverables

ð Logistics & Transport Planning

§ Planning Borouge logistics operation in Khalifa port using N4 (Terminal Handling for Borouge operations).
§ Updating CNTR stripping, shuffling and stuffing in N4 system. Also updating the Booking # weight in N4.
§ Planning and executing the jobs based on the priority and ETA of vessel.
§ Planning 20' CNTR / 40' CNTRS/ Trailers for Outbound shipments.
§ Planning & scheduling Inbound Container for Borouge.
§ Closely working with operations team and providing them support with the Inbound / Outbound Jobs
§ Clearing containers from port within the free time period and avoid the demurrage charges.
§ Ensure timely loading of Containers / Trailers.
§ Planning day to day operations. (Shift planning)
§ Receiving container booking releases from Borouge.
§ Dealing with freight forwarders/ shipping line operators and providing the container numbers.
§ Sending approved gate pass for trailers. (Gate pass management)
§ Maintaining shipment /consignments status reports   and operational activities   reports for the management.
 
ð Warehouse Operations & Administration

§ Processing Loading Instructions and batch allocation in SAP.
§ Updating the shipment, delivery modules and creating Invoice, Packing list, COA & Export declaration in SAP.
§ Investigating and replying to the claims, if any.
§ Preparing Inbound and Outbound Jobs in GACWARE and verifying the accuracy.
§ Planning Inventory and cycle counts.
§ Book to Book reconciliation of Inventory with Borouge.
§ Monitoring the admin team of 21 employees & measuring the KPI (Individual KPI & Team KPI).
§ Preparing leave schedule and monthly shift roster for the admin team.
§ Strictly adhering to HSE Policy and contributing to the team.
§ Making observation reports on HSE

Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.
Material planning & responding to MRP messages for new project mobilizations & on-going supply to project sites as per designated region
Ownership & accountability of supplying spares to all AIPP sites by region from date requested to its dispatch date as per set KPI’s
Preparation of shipping documents (CI&PL) for project mobilizations and for on-going supply of parts
Coordination of material preparation and packing of containers for new project mobilizations
Receive and action AIP Project requisitions on dispatch through SIMS, MIMI LOG & conversion of the same into Movex Distribution Order
Receive ordered parts (GRN) to central stores against distribution orders by area of responsibility
Responsible for pick & pack materials as per the requisition and consolidation of shipments and assigning day to day task to packers.
Provide updated tracker/report on distribution orders & material status with ETA.
Plan cost effective means of transport (courier, sea, air and road) for materials to all AIPP sites.
Follow up on order of materials against distribution orders with Purchasing as required
Ensure packing quantities & quality meeting deadlines & Free zone norms
Liaise with Logistics on booking and collection of airfreight / sea-freight shipments.
Informing requisitioned & reporting Supervisor on non-availability / shortages to support supplies as per project requisitions.
Ensure on-time delivery, update KPI reports and continuous improvement
