Legal representation
Mentoring the top leadership of one of ActionAid Zambia's partner called YMCA Zambia to develop strategies for resource mobilization, a strategic plan for 5 years (2013-17), and aligning its programme M&E framework with the new Strategic Plan.
Trained staff in the areas of strategy, M&E, and strategic resource mobilization and planning.
Took part in public advocacy in Zambia for prevention and elimination of gender based violence.
Programmed for children, youth, women and gender-balanced strategic interventions in Zambia.
Helped YWCA Zambia to manage high-stake meetings with donors.
Represented YWCA Zambia in an inter-agency project proposal development involving Oxfam GB and Village Water in Lusaka for urban based water and sanitation 5 year project.
Programme for Africa-level youth creativity intervention with focus to Zambia and Uganda.
I am pursuing a Masters of Public Policy at Walden University, USA.
