Synopsis of professional experience :
1. Maintaining Project throughout the project life cycle (Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing).
2. Develop Project Master Schedule and Project Execution Schedule from High Level until Detail Level.
3. Prepare Work Break Down Structure (WBS), Progress Measurement & S-Curve.
4. Prepare Control Sheet and other tools to control progress and schedule.
5. Monitor, control and analyze project progress, manhours, cost and scope of works and give advize and feedback for management.
6. Prepare documents for backup invoice.
7. Prepare weekly report, monthly report and others required report for external and internal.
8. Manage Work Change Request (WCR) during project
9. Prepare Basic Document for Project Control (Procedure, System and Plan).
10. Coordination with all project team members (Document Control, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Department, Procurement Department, Construction, Client and others stakeholders) on any project issues.
11. Review Schedule prior to Contract Awards.
12. Review Draft of Contract related to Project Control prior to Contract Award.
13. Review Contractors Documents (Plan, System, Procedures etc related to Project Control).
14. Prepare report package (cost & schedule) and presented to Internal Management and External/regulatory (BPMIGAS/SKKMIGAS).
15. Participated in MOC (Management of Change) meeting to review on any possible change order.
16. Review and verify Contractor progress and milestone achievement.
17. Analyze project status and advise management on occurred issue.
