I am working as Project Sales Engineer in Lighting business, handling the project across UAE with following job responsibilities.
To generate a new business with existing clients as well as new clients.
Meeting the consultants & lighting designers to getting specified our products for their upcoming projects.
Follow up with the assigned contractors for a job in hand projects for Solar & lighting opportunities.
To review customer inquiries OR tender on receipt to insure its completeness.
Evaluate the design requirement & provide lighting calculation by using Dialux.
Coordinating with manufacturers on commercial and technical aspects of products.
Worked as a Lighting Estimator-
Technical Support for the sales team with all the technical information.
To review customer inquiries OR tender on receipt to insure its completeness.
Evaluate the design requirement & provide lighting calculation by using Dialux.
Estimation & preparing the Project Lighting & Wiring Device quotations.
Preparation of Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) using Auto-CAD lighting Drawing.
Project & tender Submittal for Lighting.
Coordinating with supplier on commercial and technical aspects of Lighting products.
Supporting the sales team with estimation and project Documents.
Work on CRM to manage the client business profile.
Managing sales deal of indoor & outdoor lighting products with clients.
Managing solar PV and solar street Lights products range.
Responsible for generating enquirers, furnishing quotation for lighting based on client requirements.
Follow up with the assigned contractors for job in hand projects for lighting & solar opportunities.
Sending quotes for tenders to the contractors and submitting the technical submittal for all their lighting requirements.
Providing the samples, taking the approvals from the consultants.
Direct interaction with concern persons on each of our projects i.e. main contractors, MEP contractor, consultants for lighting products.
Selection of suitable lighting fixtures as per projects specification requirement from different sources over the world, supporting our team in project related documentations i.e. Quotations, costing, payment follow up etc.
Making contact with new vendors, suppliers.
Coordinating with the designing department and higher management team for the demand of new product in the market. Business development
Maintaining the healthy business relationship with all our clients, Lighting manufacturers, Lighting suppliers worldwide.
I have done my major in Electronic Engineering. I have done my Internship from BSNL India which is one of reputed PSU in India. I have done my seminar on Li-Fi ( Light Fidelity).
