: 1.Carrying out chemical and microbiological analysis from Sugar samples. 2.Reporting to the Lab Manager and Asst General Manager regarding new Product development and its results. 3.Chemical analysis such as Brix, Pol, Purity, pH, conductivity ash, sulphur dioxide, color, Insolubale matter, etc., 4.Microbiological analysis from refined sugar, normal sugar such as total plate count, salmonella,
Stap aureus yeast and mould.
1. Assist & report to Asst Manager. 2. Carrying out Microbiological analysis in water, waste water, Food samples and any other samples received by the laboratory as per standard methods. 3. Calibration & Maintenance of all instruments related to Microbiology lab. 4. Preparation of Media, reagents solutions related to Microbiology lab. 5. Documentation of analytical results as per QMS. 6. Analysis of chemical parameters in water & waste water. 7. Maintenance of Microlab and house keeping as per standard protocol. 8. Preparation of Analysis work sheet. 9. Preparation of Test report. 10. On site testing lab. 11. Maintenance of Chemical Stocks. 12. Participation in Sample disposal. 13. Preparation of SOP for the Microbiological parameters. 14. Responsible for ISO 9001-2000 documentation & Maintenance.
Teaching Microbiology subject carrying out Practicals from urine, pus, blood samples.
