• Supervision the team in field while repairing the equipment.
• Leading the team in field to repair the troubleshooting on the assigned equipment.
• Instructing the team to follow safety & quality requirement while maintain and repairing equipment.
• Handling new project to renovate the work place.
• Mange the available spare parts in the store.
• Mange to have all equipment available as planned by operation department.

• search for supplies locally and from all the world to provide what assets need for the company.
• Providing what Operations department needs immediately in urgent situation.
• Plan with Maintenance department for their spare parts to ensure equipments are running and nothing will stop the operation.
• send RFQ’s and Create PO’s and follow the shipment if it is locally until it arrives to the warehouse and confirm the receiving with the requester. if it’s international shipping I have to get the necessary documents from the supplier to clear the shipment with saber system and custom.
• following up with the finance department to sort out the payment for the suppliers and receiving the right vat invoice as per Gazat requirements.
• Plan a strategy for each department for their yearly orders.
• Handling the Company tenders.
• Great the BOQ for the tenders.
• Handling tender for the company.
• I use orecale system and SAP system.
