Projects Description:
▪ Restoration & Rehabilitation for Historical Building in AL Balad (Xenel House) and a new attached construction as a back of house for the main building. Xenel House was used as the first Dutch Embassy in Jeedah established in 1872. The project cost 12 M. SAR. and was executed in a duration of 11 Months. The Project contains restoration for concrete elements and Local Natural Manqbi of bearing walls, New MEP & finishing work as well. The project contained a new structure for an attached Back of House building to the historical main building.
▪ Restoration for a group of 5 historical buildings in the UNESCO Heritage site of old Jeddah (Bait Baaeshin, Al Mal, Alwesseya, Part of the shops building & Bait Alweseyya Annex) with a total value of 39 million Saudi Riyal as a part of The Historical Jeddah Program owned by The Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia. The project and was executed by 2 main contractors in a duration of 20 Months. The Restored Building were constructed by Bearing walls of local Manqabi Stones & wooden Slabs.
▪ Performed other tasks in other projects for the company, which include:
 A Site Survey & A comprehensive assessment task for a Project: Al Taawid Al Aayni in Madinah, KSA: Led a multidisciplinary team of 14 experienced engineers in the comprehensive assessment of infrastructure design and execution for the project, covering an area of 24.5 KM2 under the Ministry of Finance. Task duration was 75 Days.
 Directed a task of a site survey & a geographic Coordinator during Scope Define & Preliminary conceptual design phase for Upgrading Al Ula Medical Centers and AL Ula Hospital project. That was for AL Ula Royal Commissions, demonstrating adept leadership and project management skills in a dynamic environment. Task duration was 60 days

Accomplishments:
▪ Ensured adherence to historical preservation guidelines, quality standards, and budget constraints, by managing the Restoration & Rehabilitation project for Xenel House Historical Buildings in Jeddah from Feb 2021 to Mar 2023.
▪ Demonstrated effective project planning and execution skills to meet tight deadlines and deliverables, by overseeing the Restoration work for five Historical Buildings in Jeddah with a planned preliminary handing over in Mar 2024.
▪ Fostered a collaborative environment, optimized resource allocation, and drove project progress, by leading a multidisciplinary team in restoring, rehabilitating, and constructing historical buildings, including new attached structures.

▪ Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, stakeholder coordination, and architectural design, by managing the design-build work for several commercial shops in the historical buildings at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bahrain Pearling Path in Al Muharraq district in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
▪ Spearheaded the reassessment efforts for the suspended project since 2021, overseeing a thorough survey of all executed work, including electrical, light current networking, sewage and water supply networks, and roads.
▪ Served as the on-site team leader and primary point of contact for coordination with the client and design teams located in Beirut and Cairo, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the assessment process.
